Our goal is to ship all orders COMPLETE within 3 business days; next business day is our aim but this is dependent upon daily activity. When you place your order please inform us of any time concerns & we’ll make every effort to meet them.
Note that all shipping rates are in Canadian Dollars (currency converter).

SHIPPING BY MAIL - IN CANADA:
Most packages are shipped using Canada Post’s Expedited service, this level of service offers you the most bang for your buck with faster than normal delivery time, online & telephone tracking capability & insurance. The shipping standard is different for each region of Canada but in general expect a 4-6 business day travel time within Eastern & Western Canada, up to 14 business days for the Maritimes & up to 28 business days for the Territories. (Lower Yukon & NW being the occasional exception).
We’ll inform you at the time of processing if items are out of stock. Back ordered items will be shipped free of shipping charges. You may upgrade the shipping method for backordered items at half the cost of the normal shipping rate (we pay the other half); If your order includes an advance order and or a special order for a yet to be received product and you select PARTIAL Shipping the back order will be treated as a separate order for shipping purposes & normal rates will apply.
For faster than normal shipping travel times we offer UPS Canada’s, Canada Expedited & Express services. Expedited service will deliver in 2 days & Express service delivers overnight to designated Canadian locations*.
Overweight and or Oversize packages with delivery addresses in Western Canada are best shipped using our offered Greyhound Courier Express service.
You may also use your preferred shipping company, we require you have an existing account & are billed to it.

SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES.
Orders are generally shipped complete. We’ll inform you at the time of processing, if items are out of stock and then give you an estimated shipping date (usually less than 2 weeks), you’re then given the option of waiting for the items so a complete order is shipped with a single shipping charge; or shipping a partial order & having the back ordered items shipped later at an additional cost.
Orders to the US are shipped using Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel Service, the shipping standard is 14 business days but from our experience travel time to major cities is usually shorter.
British & Western European orders are shipped via Canada Post’s International Surface service, the travel time standard varies from country to country in general if you need your package in less than 21 business days & the ability to track your package, choose the next level of service, Xpress Post International or UPS International service.
Customer’s who aren’t American, British or Western European are shipped via Canada Post International Surface service or UPS International Service. Travel time standards vary by country.
You may also use your preferred international shipping company, we require you have an existing account & are billed to it.
*UPS Canada services most major Canadian Cities, if you’re at a rural address, not so much. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
